1. Agreement and eligibility
By using Geste, you agree to these terms and Apple's applicable App Store terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Geste provides
Geste is a photography-assistance tool offering reference overlays, on-device subject and pose guidance, camera controls, capture review, editing, and sharing. Results are suggestions rather than guarantees of photographic quality, pose accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Your content and permissions
You keep ownership of photos and other content you use with Geste. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to import, edit, capture, or share that content. Geste does not grant rights to third-party images, people, brands, locations, or creative works.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for your account access and device security. Provide accurate information, do not share one-time codes or authentication credentials, and notify support@getgeste.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict access to protect users, purchases, or the service from abuse.
5. Geste Pro subscriptions
Geste Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered monthly or annually. The exact price, period, any trial, and renewal terms shown in the App Store purchase sheet at confirmation control your purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel it in your Apple subscription settings.
- Deleting a Geste account or the app does not cancel the Apple subscription.
- Purchases, refunds, billing, family sharing, and restoration are administered by Apple under its policies.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Geste, interfere with its operation, bypass entitlement or security controls, reverse engineer where prohibited, impersonate others, violate privacy or intellectual-property rights, use the service unlawfully, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
7. Changes and availability
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to preserve local access to your media, but you are responsible for keeping your own backups. Online account, email, purchase, and restoration functions can be temporarily unavailable.
8. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Geste is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service where such limitation is permitted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
9. Termination
You may stop using Geste at any time and may delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate online access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, fraud, or legal requirements. Terms that by nature should survive termination remain effective.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Contact support@getgeste.com before starting a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
