Delete in the app
- Open Geste on your iPhone.
- Open Camera → Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm with a new Sign in with Apple authorization or the six-digit code sent to the email already attached to the account.
- Review the consequences and confirm deletion.
What is deleted
Your Geste authentication user, profile metadata, and active account session are permanently deleted. If you used Sign in with Apple, Geste also attempts to revoke the Apple authorization before deleting the account. Purchase-event records may be retained where needed for subscription support, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute, or legal obligations; they do not contain your photos.
What stays on your iPhone
Deleting the account does not remove locally stored photos, references, subject guides, thumbnails, masks, landmarks, edits, or settings. You can delete those from Geste or Apple Photos separately.
Your subscription is separate
Deleting the account does not cancel Geste Pro. Manage or cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Limited deletion receipt
Geste keeps only a one-way requester fingerprint and request timestamps for up to 30 days to confirm completion and investigate abuse. It cannot be used to recover the deleted account and is automatically purged after that period.
Cannot access the app?
Email support@getgeste.com from the address attached to the account. We may request a fresh authentication proof, but we will never ask for your password, Apple credentials, or one-time code by email.
