For account, purchase, privacy, or technical support, email support@getgeste.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Geste version, and what you were doing—never send a password, one-time code, private key, or full payment details.

Camera is paused or unavailable

  1. Return to Geste and wait a moment for the camera to resume.
  2. Close any other app currently using the camera.
  3. In iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera, confirm Geste has access.
  4. If needed, restart Geste or the iPhone.

Photos are not saving

Check Geste Settings → Photos access and your available device storage. A failed Photos save does not remove an in-app copy that was saved successfully. References and app-gallery copies remain local to the device.

Restore or manage Geste Pro

Open Geste Settings → Geste Pro → Restore purchases. Use Manage Subscription to view or cancel through Apple. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase. TestFlight purchases are sandbox transactions and are not real charges.

Sign-in email did not arrive

Confirm the address, wait a minute, check spam, and request a fresh code. Only the newest code may work. Apple private-relay addresses require Apple's relay service to be available.

Delete your account

Use Geste Settings → Account → Delete Account and complete the fresh sign-in proof. Read the full account-deletion guide. For an accessibility or access problem, contact support@getgeste.com.
